Located in Woodstock, Georgia, Roof Technology Partners' headquarters provides commercial roofing design, installation, repair, maintenance, and asset management services throughout Georgia and the Southeast. Backed by a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) and Registered Roof Consultant (RRC), our team delivers engineering-driven roofing solutions focused on safety, performance, energy efficiency, code compliance, and long-term value for commercial and industrial facilities.

Scott Coger, PE, RRC
President

With over 15 years of engineering design experience in the government, industrial, and light commercial sectors, Scott brings a wealth of expertise to his role as president of the company. His engineering design capabilities across a myriad of industries, passion for safety, and deep belief in looking after his clients are the qualities that make Roof Technology Partners different from all other roofing companies. Scott is known for incorporating materials from existing roofs into their replacements whenever possible, saving clients time and money while helping the environment.

He’s also one of the few roof installers who’s licensed as a structural engineer. “My engineering experience is relevant to nearly every one of our projects,” Scott says. “From the smallest repair to the largest installation, I look for ways to create the smartest, strongest roof possible. As a result, we get very few callbacks.” Scott founded Roof Technology Partners as an end-to-end commercial roofing solutions company, offering everything from design and construction on through to maintenance. He holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering degree from Auburn University, as well as an MBA and MS in Structural Engineering from the University of Alabama.

Bubba Inman serves as the Service General Manager at Roof Technology Partners in Birmingham, bringing over 40 years of premier roofing and construction expertise to the leadership team. In this role, he drives the department's strategic planning and seamlessly coordinates administrative and field service teams to deliver unmatched service, productivity, and quality control.

Bubba’s extensive leadership history includes serving as the Vice President of Operations at Alabama Roof Pro, Service Manager for Tecta America Southeast, LLC, and General Field Superintendent for Quality Architectural Metal & Roofing, Inc. As the former owner of Inman Roof Repair, LLC, and a multi-million-dollar project manager for Masonry Arts, Inc., he has mastered construction supervision, financial budgeting, and cross-functional communication with architects, engineers, and municipal inspectors.

Bubba’s foundation in the trade began at Cochrane Roofing & Metal, Inc., where he spent over a decade supervising residential construction and mastering OSHA safety compliance. He holds authoritative, comprehensive knowledge across an exhaustive range of roofing systems—including BUR, Modified Bitumen, Single-Ply, Slate, Concrete and Clay Tile, Wood Shakes, Synthetic Slate, Asphalt Shingles, specialized metals (Copper, Zinc, Corten) applications.

Bruce joined us in 2017 with nearly 40 years of experience in accounting, business and the construction industry. In addition to operating his own homebuilding company for eight years, he was an accounting manager and controller for homebuilders and general contractors for more than 30 years. “I love being able to provide timely information to the owner and managers to help keep this fast-paced, growing company on track. They in turn are able to meet, and often exceed, our customers’ expectations.”

Angel takes the lead on installation and repair projects, directing the crew, making sure that everyone is following the specs exactly, and staying available to discuss particulars with the project manager or the architect. He holds an Industrial Engineering degree from Georgia Institute of Technology and spent 10 years working in the engineering field before transitioning into construction management. Martin has three years of experience as an Assistant Superintendent overseeing multifamily construction and renovation projects, as well as retail construction, before moving into the roofing industry. As a Superintendent, he combines analytical thinking, field leadership, and hands-on problem solving to help deliver projects efficiently, safely, and to the highest standard.

Daniel Davis has spent his career in commercial construction doing what he loves — building things the right way. From metal shop fabrication and roofing to managing large-scale commercial projects, Daniel brings hands-on expertise and a no-nonsense work ethic to everything he takes on.

Away from the job site, you’ll likely find Daniel working with sheet metal in the shop, hanging out with his dogs, or catching a live Dave Matthews Band show. He’s the kind of guy who’s equally at home behind a fabrication table as he is running a crew — and the team is better for it.

He oversees large-scale re-roofing projects across the Houston area, managing field operations, subcontractors, scheduling, and project documentation with a focus on safety, quality, and on-time delivery.
Prior to joining RTP, Kyle generated $1.2 million in revenue over 15 months at Gulf Coast Construction &
Restoration and spent over seven years in the Navy leading high-performing teams in demanding operational environments. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Management from American Military University.

Backed by strong industry credentials and a proven record of delivering projects safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, Denny has built his career on leadership, accountability, and service.

Inspired by his father's distinguished 30-year military career, Denny joined the United States Navy with a strong sense of purpose and commitment to serving others. During his enlistment, he completed a specialized four-year rotation with the United States Seabees, where he developed a deep appreciation for preparation, discipline, teamwork, and mission-focused execution.

Denny describes boot camp as one of the most defining experiences of his life. He entered searching for direction and graduated 16 weeks later transformed by the values of accountability, perseverance, and focus. Completing boot camp remains one of his proudest accomplishments-not only because of his personal achievements, but because of the lifelong brotherhood formed alongside fellow recruits through shared sacrifice and unwavering support.

Mario Guzman brings nearly four decades of leadership, discipline, and construction expertise to every project he oversees. After serving 15 years in the United States Army, Mario transitioned into the roofing industry, where he has built an impressive 23-year career managing complex commercial roofing projects and teams.

Mario began his roofing career as an apprentice with Central States Roofing in Colorado, gaining hands-on experience in all aspects of roofing installation and project execution. He later spent seven years as a Project Manager with Cotton Global Disaster Solutions, where he managed large-scale restoration and roofing projects in demanding environments. He then served as a Project Manager for six years with WeatherShield Roofing before joining the team.

As Superintendent, Mario oversees day-to-day field operations, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. His military background, extensive roofing experience, and commitment to excellence make him a respected leader who consistently delivers successful outcomes for clients and project teams alike.

David Bassant brings over a decade of roofing expertise to his role as Director of Operations for the Gulf States region at Roof Technology Partner. His career is defined by a rare combination of technical mastery and an authentic passion for service - ensuring every client receives not just a quality roof, but a genuinely exceptional experience from start to finish.

Before entering the roofing industry, David served in law enforcement as a detective, a career that sharpened his instincts for problem-solving, accountability, and earning the trust of those he served.
